Hand Lever Valve Inlet And Outlet Elements
Hand lever valve inlet and outlet elements close a modular hydraulic control block at both ends. Every block needs exactly one of each, with the lever sections stacked in between and the whole block clamped together by a tie rod set for the number of sections.
The inlet section takes the pump supply at port P and distributes it to the lever sections. A built-in, adjustable pressure relief valve protects the whole block against overpressure. Set it below the lowest pressure rating of the components in the circuit, such as cylinders and hoses.
The outlet section returns the oil to tank through port T. When all levers are in neutral, the pump flow circulates pressureless from P to T through the block, which saves energy and keeps the oil cool. The return pressure an outlet section accepts is limited, so keep the tank line free of restrictions. To use the block with a variable displacement pump, or to pass the flow on to a further valve block, add a power beyond or closed centre kit at the outlet. Inlet and outlet sections must belong to the same modular system as the lever sections.
