Each valve station has the standard NG6 interface to ISO 4401-03, CETOP 3 and NFPA D03, so any NG6 valve, with or without sandwich plates underneath, fits on any station.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eSingle-station plates suit a valve on its own. Multi-station plates, also called manifolds, share one pressure and one tank channel across all stations, so several valves are supplied from one pump line with a single return. Plates with an integrated pressure relief valve protect the whole plate; plates without one need a separate relief valve in the circuit.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eChoose the number of stations for the number of valves, and plan a spare station for later extensions; an unused station is closed with a blanking plate. Then check the port arrangement and threads: actuator ports A and B usually sit on the side of each station, and on many multi-station plates P and T are drilled through so they can be connected from either end.
