Hydraulic Hand Lever Valves

Hydraulic hand lever valves are directional control valves that an operator moves by hand. They need no electrical supply or control system, and the operator sees the movement directly, which makes them a simple and robust way to control cylinders and hydraulic motors on machines, presses and lifting equipment.

The valves are modular: several lever sections are clamped into one block, one section per actuator, so a single block controls several movements from one pump. A working block always consists of an inlet section with a built-in pressure relief valve, which takes the pump supply, one or more lever sections, an outlet section, which returns the oil to tank, and a tie rod set for the number of sections.

Choose the lever section by the actuator. 4-3-way sections work double-acting cylinders and hydraulic motors; 3-3-way sections work single-acting cylinders, where a load or spring provides the return stroke. Both types can be combined in one block. Accessories adapt the block: detent kits hold a lever in its working position, and a power beyond or closed centre kit adapts the outlet for a further block or a variable displacement pump. All sections and accessories must belong to the same modular system.
